Some of Bev's Guidelines for making hats
- these are things I learned from years of making hats and receiving many hats made past others.
♥ Always brand hats a minimum of six" - ix" alpine (encounter size chart at tiptop of folio) In the past I have received many hats that were "for children and teens" that were more like skull caps. I was able to crochet some extra rows effectually them to make them warm. (If you don't know sizes or accept a child nearby to try hats on, then please refer to my handy dandy size charts!)
